Remy
Briam
is a PhD student at Northwestern
University in the department of
Mechanical Engineering. His
research is focused on quantifying
resource utilization in the
manufacture of processed foods.
The research also examines the
effect of process configuration
and technology on the
environmental impact of food
processing systems.
Prior
to attending Northwestern, Remy
completed a B.S. and M.S. in
Mechanical Engineering from the
Swiss Federal Institute of
Technology in Lausanne,
Switzerland (Ecole
Polytechnique
Fédérale
de Lausanne – EPFL).
